I feel sooooo sick :-(

This started 3 days ago. Woke up feel like I really had to throw up, but couldn't. This morning it was worse than usual and I actually spent about 20 minutes in front of the toilet hoping for some relief...but none came. The other two days it faded by about 9am. Today I am still feeling like poo and it is 12:30. I don't know how I'm going to make it through several more weeks like this!
