Workout Thoughts

So I have been running 3-4 times a week about 2-3 miles to train for the Warrior Dash (5K with obstacles) on May 22nd.  I haven't run at all this week due to illness and now I am nervous about running again...  I know I just need to take it easy and not run for time or anything....what do you all think?  Ok to start running again after a week off?
