baby oragel?

So i wanted to know if anyone had seen or heard about this besides me.  I was falling asleep last night so I did not catch the whole thing.  But according to the new FDA standards babies under 2 should not be given Oragel.  I have been giving it to Sophia for a year now (off and on obviously).  The label says not to give to babies under four months.  Please let me know what you have heard.  We are going to the Pedi on Tuesday so i will ask then but just wondered what you guys thought.  Thanks
