boob changes?

I'm at 5 weeks and I haven't really suffered from any pain in my breasts or tingling as a symptom. However, tonight when i got out of the shower - I noticed a change in one side. It looks bigger and the areola has gotten darker and bigger. I was so struck by it that I actually measured and yup - one areola is significantly larger then the other.  I wouldn't think it was strange except the other breast looks completely normal, no changes.

So question is - has anyone else noticed this type of changes in your breasts? and if so - have they occurred in both breasts at the same time? Or am I weird that only one boob seems to be changing?
