Feeding/Sleeping help

DS has never slept well- I posted this before.  His sleep was improving to the point of only waking 1-2 times per night but the past week we're back to it was like when he was a newborn.  He's not eating overnight but he's waking sometimes every hour.  DH also called me at work today to tell me that DS was crying for more food after his bottles and ate an extra 2 ounces at each feeding.  He's always been content with 4.5 ounces every 3 hours or so during the day.  This coupled with the sleep regression makes me think that it could be a growth spurt.  Is that normal around this age?  Maybe teething though I don't see anything?  I don't know!  I wish he had an instruction manual sometimes!!!
