I am concerned about my son's nutrition- its totally in my control with my offerings but I feel like Im giving him crap all the time.
wake up: milk bottle
breakfast: oatmeal mixed with fruit
snack: some kind of fruit or yogurt
lunch: this could be anything but he usually doesnt eat a full meal- like today he had a cheeseburger pattie and 3 cucumber slices
afternap: milk and snack ( I try for veggies but this has been a no go.. it usually ends up being goldfish)
dinner: some variation of what we are having but again its usually the protein but not the veggie- I usually give him the veggie pouch so I know he;s getting something green
and through out the day he might have a fruit leather and more goldfish (this is the key to his "good behavior" while we are out)
I just feel like he's missing nutrients and he's going to be deficient...
(I know I'm a wack job...)
