Anyone else feel this way?

Sometimes I still find myself in disbelief that I am actually pregnant. I always remember the "today I am pregnant" phrase, and it isn't so much that I am scared something will go wrong, just still feels a little surreal that after nearly 5 years of either not preventing or actual trying - we are finally pregnant!
