Do LO's movements ever startle you?

So here I am sitting and working, minding my own business when LO decides " Now would be a great time to kick mommy really hard" and as she did I jumped! I mean like someone walked up behind me and scared me kind of jump.

I laughed at my self.

Ever happen to anyone else? I feel like her movements usually start slow and then escalate, todays however were not
