Birthday party favor ideas?

DD's 2nd bday is at the end of June. I'm trying to think of what to do for party favors. We're doing an Elmo themed party and if all of the kids show, there will only be 5 of them (a 7yr old boy, two 3yr old girls, 2yr old boy, 11mo old boy) besides DD. It doesn't have to be Elmo themed (although it would be cool) but I want it to be something fun and something they'll use. I hate to spend money and have it be junk!  Any ideas? I've been looking on etsy, amazon, etc but not really having anything jump out at me!
