Progesterone levels while on Crinone?

Hi ladies! We just got our 2nd beta back and it went from 789 Monday to 2164 Wednesday which is great.  I also had them run a progesterone because it was really low last month when we tested on CD21, which is why I am on Crinone this time around.  My question is my bloodwork came back with Progesterone at 19.3. I thought they want it at least over 20 on a medicated cycle, which this was, but I've also read that the Crinone doesn't measure in your blood.  Do any of you know if even on the Crinone your bloodwork was still lower than normal, or do they need to up the Crinone?  Thanks for any advice you have.
