Pain and swelling in right calf... should I worry?

While I was out tonight doing earrands I noticed my right calf swell up.  It was such an odd feeling.  I have had some hand and ankle swelling up to now, but nothing to worrisome.   I also have a pain now in the middle of the front of my right calf. 

Should I be worried or is this normal?  It isn't super swollen, just pudgy.  I was going to Dr. Google it but I figure Dr. Google will tell me I am dieing when really it is just normal or something.
