grrr.. i think i hate JC penny's portraits

so the 1st album of M's photos are not available anymore and i'm super bummed. i have the portrait # (just found it) and i tried to add that album to my account- which i had done previously- but now it's 'expired' and i can't archive it.

they added the archive service after i had that 1st sitting and that 1st sitting wasn't carried over to their new website. i'm so pissed.

i could scan the photos but they always look so bad when i do that. anyone ever have photos scanned at a store or somewhere professional? how did they turn out?
