speaking of naps....

It doesn't look like Evan is taking one today. I put him down just before 1, and he was in there playing, talking/singing for almost an hour. Then he started whining/crying so I thought he might cry himself to sleep, but he just kept getting more upset and calling "mommy!" It broke my heart, so I went in to get him. 

I don't know why he would not nap today... he went to bed late last night, and was up early so I thought he'd take a monster nap today! I think he knows the sun came out, so he wants to go outside and play... can't really blame him I guess.

On the bright side, he'll be in bed extra early so I can actually watch puck drop! Go Sabres!
