did you have spotting that went away and then came back?

I had early spotting, was put on Prometrium for a P4 of 15.7.

Spotting went away, came back once on April 3, gone again.

Then, this morning, brown spotting is back. Just a small amount, but now I am over analyzing and feel some crampy/twinging, but who knows, that could be constipation, too. ugh. I hate this. I was just starting to get excited and think about shopping for baby soon.

Did this happen to anyone else? My OB could never find a reason for the spotting, and we saw a healthy babe with a HB moving around last week.

Now I really wish I bought a doppler
