Spotting :(

DH and I went to brunch this afternoon with my brother and his fiancee and then ran some errands afterwards.  When we got home I ran to the bathroom and I have some pink spotting.  I'm drinking water and have my feet up, hoping it will go away.  If anyone has any spare vibes or good thoughts or whatever, I could really use them.

I did call my clinics on call line and they said to take it easy, keep an eye on it and call back if it gets worse.
