First ultrasound...

...was a bit anticlimactic, to be honest.  They scheduled it because of my beta numbers, but it's still so early on, they couldn't confirm a singleton or twins.  They definitely saw one healthy sac (YAY!!!), and the possibility of a second sac.  The doctor said he'd be very surprised with twins, so I only had one follicle, but it does look like there's something there.  We go back in 10 days for final confirmation and will hopefully hear the heartbeat(s) at that point.
