Freaking myself out, pain on my side

I'm having some pain on my right side. It's kind of a dull pain that comes and goes, but for the most part has been there most of today. I don't have a tube on my right side because that's the side I had my ectopic. However, I'm freaking myself out thinking that maybe something is still left over there or something crazy like that!!
