NPAIFR and AW: We just sold our house!

We've been trying to sell our house to move closer to my family for over a year and it just sold at our asking price!  BUT...we are closing on May 20th so only 1 month away.  I guess it's time to start looking at houses!

I'm so glad we'll be in our new house and closer to my parents before the baby comes...DH's family is all out of state so we only have my family to depend on for help.

I'm relieved, nervous and excited all bundled into one mess!
