rant: this cannot be his "routine"

Ok I know I'm beating a dead horse with the sleep issue but I'm at my wits end...

Lorenzo goes to bed at 7- last night he put his bottle on the table- toddled down to his crib and waited til i put him in...so yay for going to bed-

but then dude woke up screaming at 3:30 (I think this is becasue he had his MMR vac and the doc said he might be "off")- so fine I rock him put him to bed...

but then as per his usual the past couple of weeks- he wakes up screaming at 530 and he won't go back to bed - so I don't go in until 630 but really....why wont he sleep until 630? why wont he sleep until 730?

(oh and we put in blackout shades- and seriously I think they make him wake earlier...)

advice? I cant imagine putting the kid down at 6...
