diaper rash vent

sophia has another diaper rash.  It's driving me nuts.  we've been using desitin purple and triple paste.  the only problem is she is pooping in the middle of the night so that isn't helping the problem.  It is so bad.  I am going to buy lotrimin today at work.  I know it's clearing up b/c her bum is looking better it's now just her girly bits that look bad.
