I fell an hour ago

and now I have to go to the ER!

I was out for a run, a great run until I tripped on a rock & fell over.  I landed right on my bump & cut my knees & arms. 

I feel fine & don't think there is anything wrong but I called my midwife's office as soon as I got home.  She has always said to call no matter how small the issue.  Of course office is close for appointments as its the weekend so they advised me to get into the ER.  So thats where I will be spending my relaxing Sunday afternoon!
