Gloves are off...

X is now pulling a complete 180 from what he told me before.

He is going to TRY to fight me in court for prison visitation, the furniture and possibly get his parents to ask for visitation!

It really comes down to if his parents will pay for his lawyer. His sisters are trying to talk them out of doing it. They spent a lot on his criminal lawyer and it all comes out of their retirement, so they really can't afford it. X told me he is going to have them sue for grandparent visits... which is dumb cause they would most likely see her LESS than they do now!  The sad thing is if they go to bat for him I will not make an effort to see them anymore... but that is their choice.

I am upset, but I am trying not to get too bent out of shape. I know that I am a good person and have done the right things for my daughter. I am hopeful a judge will see that and keep this man out of my daughter's life.
