How does your LO wind down at night?

Stella seems to be having a hard time winding down at the end of the night.  We've been keeping her routine the same (bath every other night, book, bottle, bed).  It's been taking her up to 30 minutes to fall asleep which is unusual.  I'm hoping to have the night bottle gone before baby #2 comes but I'm just not sure how to get her to calm down for bed time.  When we sit and read to her she's still up and walking around her room playing with stuff.  Any tips?
