If you've used Nystatin Cream...
Out of paranoia I called my OB for a script for Nystatin cream b/c I've had a little bit of a burning feeling in my nips (TMI sorry) and both twins have thrush in their mouths. The box & instructions say "use 2x a day" but then everything else I've read says apply after each nursing session. Which did you do if you've used this before?
