We found a stray dog Sunday afternoon.  She was running in the road so we brought her into our backyard so she wouldn't get hit.  No collar and such a little sweetie.    We walked all around our neighbordhood in the last two days with her, with no luck.  Called all the shelters, and sent her info and picture to the local news animal finder as well as craigslist.  We never heard anything.  Unfotunately we just can't keep her because we have two dogs, and one them doesn't get along with other dogs.  Animal control just came and picked her up, and I feel AWFUL!  The guy tried to make us feel better by saying that we did more than most people would.  We fed her, gave her water, brought her into our house to sleep....but I just feel so bad.  Luckily they take strays to a local vet who does a full exam, and spay/neuters if needed.  Plus they are no kill, so she will stay there until she gets adopted out.
