Tell me about swelling.

Is it just normal? I'm not THAT swollen, but the last couple days my ankles have definitely been puffy, especially at work, or at the end of the day. I ran to Rite Aid today to check my Blood pressure to make sure it wasn't high and it actually read lower than what my "normal" is..

Could the warmer weather be causing it too?
