? About Daycare and Out of state visitation

My LO goes to daycare 5 days a week year around. I'm wondering what I should try to set up when we go for our child support hearing so DB can not take LO out of state for visitation and my LO loses his spot in daycare. I've been to hell and back just finding a dayscare I can afford that accepts 1 year olds. I'd hope the court would understand that it would be rediculous for me to have to find a new daycare every time DB wanted to see LO.

 Has anyone been through this kind of situation and can tell me what to expect?
