We live in a development, there are two streets that connect like an L. We go on a lot of walks around the neighborhood and I've noticed that there is a bunch of trash at the ends of the street. One end has pine bush, then there is a common area in the cul de sac, and there is an entry way to the development.
Would it be weird if for Earth Day, we took a trash bag with us on a stroller walk? It only takes 10-15 minutes to cover the whole development. There are a few houses that have trash in front of them too (like a random flattened soda can or piece of paper). There isn't a TON of trash, but it would of course look way better without the litter... even one grocery bag can make everything look awful..
I guess I'm thinking people might think we are strange.. but hey, I care about my neighborhood
