EP tell me how you do it

My DS is having trouble gaining weight so I decided to pump the entire weekend to see what I produced at times when he is usually at the breast (yeah yeah I know baby is more efficient).

 I work full time and usually pump after his morning feeding and three times at work and yield 15-16 ounces (usually what he takes at daycare).

 How do you EP moms pump 30 or so ounces each day? Today I am only at 19 ounces and know I won't get another 11 before I go to bed.
