what's for dinner tonight?

I didn't do a weekly menu post, because I'm feeling so uninspired in the kitchen right now (or maybe I've spent too much time and energy baking lately!)

But, I'm sitting here racking my brain for something to make for dinner tonight. I know we are going to have turkey meatloaf tomorrow, but I can't decide what to make tonight. I asked DH and of course he said "whatever you make is good" so he's no help!

Anyone making anything good this week?

I reeeealy can't wait for grilling weather.... throw some chicken/fish/burgers/whatever and a veggie on the grill and dinner is done!
