Pelvic rest ?

So I thought I would ask you ladies first before I call my Dr. and embarrass myself. 

It's been almost a month since I was put on pelvic rest and I'm, how should I put it...wanting some intimacy with DH, lol.  Does anyone know if pelvic rest means just no penetration or no orgasm as well?

I think I share TMI on the internet...
