Kind of upset with Eve's Dr now.

I just picked up a record from her physical from a couple weeks ago because she needs it for school. They just printed me all the notes from her appt..

There is not a single note in there for ANY of the concerns i brought up concerning her eating and her fine motor skills. 

Nutrition says: Feeding problems: None reported. Diet:Good eating habits, well balanced diet, good appetite. No mealtime problems reported.  Feeds solid foods with no problmes. 

And under development says: Uses Spoon spilling little, puts on clothing (she doesn't and we told them she doesnt).

 WWYD? Raise a stink? Find a new Dr? Nothing?
