March 2011 in Upstate NY Babies

Anyone know of water birth locations near Syracuse, NY? I am interested in learning more about them, but all that I seem to find on the local hospital websites is being able to labor in the tubs, but not deliver. I plan to ask my doctor when I have my first appointment April 1st, but I'm just curious now. Thanks in advance for any help!
