DS's surgery was moved up

Looks like DS will be having his tubes put in next Wednesday. At that time they're also doing allergy testing since he has had severe allergic reactions to the pollen from where my dad lives and the cats and dog at my mom's house. Plus we went to the zoo the other day and we were at the park for his birthday party. He's HORRIBLY congested, has a low grade fever and his poor little eyes are all leaky and oozy. They'll also be checking him for a bee/wasp allergy since my mom, my sisters, my grandma and I are all SEVERELY allergic to bees/wasps. We all carry epi-pens because of this allergy. Where DS and I live, there has been a major increase in the wasp population so the way I figure it, better safe than sorry.

I let BD know what was going on via text. I told him the surgery had been moved up and about the allergy testing. Should I text him again after the surgery to let him know that DS is ok or should I just leave it as it is? Thanks again ladies!
