The one I'm making is not turning out. It's not flattening enough. It's probably only 6 inches across.The outside will be brown but the middle will be TOO gooey.

I just wiggled it around a bit to get it to spread more. I'll give it another 2 minutes, then I'm going to take it out and let it cook on the hot cookie sheet.
