March 2011 in Upstate NY Babies

I'm going to be starting a long term position at the end of March, so I need to find childcare for Jules. I don't really know what kinds of questions to ask though. Here's what I have so far:

Child/caregiver ratio and numbers

Ages of other kids

If the person smokes or has pets

Cost/and if it includes anything

Please give me some more ideas! I know some of you watch kids so anything you can think of is great too-thanks!
