What are your "must haves"?

I'm guilty of visiting ineedtostopbuyingbabysh!t.com a lot.  Right now I have some extra money I'd love to spend on some things for C.  We don't have a jogger/lightweight stroller yet for the summer months, so I am thinking of maybe getting one.  Other than your stroller recs, what other fun things do you have that you can't imagine living without now?
