She keeps getting her leg wedged in the crib!

I need suggestions. B woke up last night screaming. She has been getting her leg stuck in the slats of the crib. Last night she managed to wedge her entire leg through the crib slat up to her knee. Of course DH was working and I had to pull her leg out myself. She's bruised on her calf now, looks like I took a belt to her. She's not limping and walking around as normal so I'm not too worried anymore, but my heart can't take that again! It took me over an hour to calm her down and get her back to sleep. She's gotten her leg stuck before, but never that bad. I have no clue to how she did it.

Has anyone used these? Wonder bumpers? That's all I could seem to find. We already use a breathable bumper, doesn't seem to stop her at all!

Her crib is very similar to the picture that's posted there, almost identical. Can anyone give me any suggestions?

We have a standard crib, flat slats not spindles.
