Diaper rash help

My poor Beanie baby.  She's on round 2 of antibiotics for an ear infection that won't quit.  This time she's on Augmentin and the pedi said it could cause diarrhea.  Well that's an understatement.  She has the worse diaper rash that she's ever had and the A&D that we use just isn't cutting it.  What do you use?

ETA: I might call the pedi about this tomorrow but almost all of her diapers today were loose BM.  Is this normal for this medicine?  I'm giving her probiotics everyday in her applesauce but it doesn't seem to be helping =(
