Sharing the baby's sex

With G, we surprised the family and showed up to Christmas dinner with cakes made that said It's a Boy on them.  I made the mistake of telling everyone that our u/s was this Thursday, so now I'm trying to figure out if there's a way to tell them all in a cute way, or if I should just make phone calls to tell the family.  If I hadn't told them, I could have had something cute delivered to them, but I know they'll be calling if I don't contact them right after the u/s.  Anyone have any ideas of how to share the big news from so far away?
