Someone talk me down

Why am I so upset about this?  XH has been bringing a girl who he is casually involved with around Caro... I knew this would happen eventually but I didn't think it would bother me, but a) I didn't think it would be this soon, b) he's not even serious about her so I don't want Caro to get attached to her, and mostly c) I feel sick imagining some other woman playing mommy with my child.

Can someone please tell me all those things we tell each other on this board about how you can't control who he brings around your child, it's none of my business, etc... because I'm so upset I can't settle down...
