blood in LOs nose during/ after a cold?

Is this just normal from all the nose running/blowing/wiping? Eve has had a little bit of blood in her nose/snot yesterday and today.. her fever has been gone since yesterday.. and she seems much less runny today.. but I don't know if I should call the dr.. Could this be a sign of a sinus infection or something?
