Charlies soap?

My LO has a rash on his chin, behind his ear, arms and his chest. I took his to the pedi and she thinks its a heat rash or something I ate (EBF), and said to just keep an eye on it for now. Well, I am going over every thing I can think of in my head of to what could have caused this and was wondering if anyone had issues with Charlies soap? If you did have issues, was the rash on LO bum or body? I use a baby free and clear soap for his clothes and blankets. TIA
