Leak help

DD is almost 1, a bit over 20 lbs.  Last week her BG and BB pockets were leajingleaking overnight.  I stripped everything and added another hemp insert abdand things have been better.  Now every time she poops in one of her daytime diapers we have major leaks.  We are using red edge GMDs abdand M superbrite covers.  She also leaked pee all over from a M swaddlebees aio this afternoon.  I am so sick of trying to get poo out of her carseat!  Do we need to go up a size or what?
