Visitation/Overnight stays while BF an infant.

I am 36 weeks, and I am planning to BF my daughter. The father is being a "jerkball" and is choosing to request a paternity test, but also requesting visitation and possible outings. Why request time with her if you are in denial about being the father, is my question....How does this work when you are BF? What age do BF infants leave thier primary caretaker?  I've tried to research this subject but I come up with nothing!! I dont even know where to start.
