I could use some wet/dry pail advice

I use the cloth g-diaper system and so far I have been rinsing out my wet inserts and hand washing dirty inserts and liners ?then I wash them at night when I?m at work. this works for me but it is pretty clear it doesent work for my husband

My question really is what do you do? Whats your system?
