...my daughter! She has gotten to the age where she can cry for no reason and reach for me when she wants me. She is only 7 months and I don't want to ignore her, but whenever I leave the room she cries until I come back! I mean she smiles as soon as she can see me. So even if my parents agree to watch her so I can nap/clean/study... I can't get much done before I am called back.
It doesn't help that my child is a beast and at 7 months is the size of the average 13 month old (height and weight in the 97%) Picking this kid up is a workout!
My question is this:
How do you cure "clingy" when you do 90-100% of the care giving/parenting?
