Is DD getting carsick? Help please!

I'm posting here because I know you most of you are serious about extended RFing. Anyhow, DD has thrown up twice in the past few days in her carseat. Short trips, not right after eating, no major sickness (slight runny nose) that I'm aware of. Is it possible she is getting carsick? I have no idea how to handle this. She is in a RF Boulevard and I was planning to keep her RFing until at least 2, and hopefully 3. DS loved RFing (he was almost 2 1/2 when we switched him) and had no issues, so I'm at a loss. Plus, the seat cover is a pain to keep removing, cleaning, and reinstalling. Will this get better? What can I do?
