washing/prepping question

I was just wondering if I can prep all my dipes together. I know you're supposed to wash natural fibers seperate and I've tried to find the info I'm looking for, but just can't seem to. I have...

new: BG AIOs, FBs, thirsties duo wraps, bummis SWW, prowraps

used: BG AIOs, kissaluvs fitteds, flips covers and inserts, WAHM fitteds

Can I just wash them all together? LIke a normal... cold rinse, hot cycle, dryer? Any of these need to be lined dried instead of the dryer? I wasn't sure about the covers. TIA for all the info. You ladies are the best!
