My son smells like a homeless person in the mornings.

He pees a ton at night and is almost 11 months old. The diaper is soaked and his PJ's smell as well so I assume the diapers are leaking too but they are not wet. 

We use a BG 4.0 with the snap insert and a Hemp liner folded in thirds and positioned toward the front of the diaper.  

Any suggestions or is this just the way it goes?
